One of the ways TTA advocates on behalf of the industry is organizing a Legislative Fly-In. Each year, this highly anticipated event brings our operator members to Washington, D.C. to discuss critical issues with their U.S. representatives and senators. Our legislative team sets up the appointments, provides issue briefings and any issue papers that may be needed, and accompanies the TTA members on their visits.

ADVOCATE OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Transportation Alliance (TTA) Advocate of the Year Award is presented annually to a TTA member who has gone above and beyond in advancing the policy goals of the transportation industry and furthering TTA's mission in Washington, D.C. and beyond. This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment, and effectiveness in public policy advocacy on behalf of the for-hire transportation industry
