How long have you been a member of TTA? ADAboy has been a member for approximately two years.
Why did you join TTA? We joined TTA to be actively involved in driving meaningful change within an industry that continues to evolve and improve.
What’s your favorite part of being a member of TTA? The strong sense of community and collaboration. It is clear that members are aligned in working toward advancing the transportation industry as a whole.
What committee do you currently serve on? At this time, we are not actively serving on a committee, but we look forward to becoming more involved in the near future.
What city are you located in and what is the size of your fleet? We are a manufacturer of wheelchair accessible vehicles based in Baconton, Georgia, serving a nationwide customer base.
What type of service does your company provide? We specialize in wheelchair accessible vehicle upfits and conversions designed to support a wide range of transportation needs.
What do you love most about the transportation industry? The direct and meaningful impact it has on improving lives every day, particularly by increasing accessibility and mobility for individuals who rely on these services.
How do you define success? Success is measured by the positive impact we are able to make and the number of lives we improve through our work.
Who inspires you? Ray Dalio is a strong source of inspiration, particularly his emphasis on principles, transparency, and understanding how systems operate. His approach to decision-making and building
organizations around clear processes and accountability is something I strive to apply in
business.
If you could choose anyone as a mentor, who would you choose and why? I would choose Warren Buffett as a mentor for his disciplined approach to decision-making, long-term investment philosophy, and ability to build enduring value through consistency and sound judgment.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enter the transportation industry? Be intentional and committed when entering the industry. It is highly rewarding, but success requires focus, adaptability, and a genuine desire to serve others.
What’s one thing — either industry-related or not —you learned in the last month? The importance of operational structure and scalability, particularly how strong systems and processes are critical to sustaining growth without compromising quality.
