Dear TTA Members,

One of the greatest strengths of TTA is the community we have built together, and every year Mobilize brings that community into one place to share ideas and focus on what comes next for our industry. This year we gather in Anaheim, California, October 26–28, 2026, and I hope you will join us.

Most operators believe the greatest threat to our industry is the TNCs. It is not. It is claims and the insurance market. Mobilize 2026 kicks off with a dedicated all-day program for claims and risk management professionals, and if you have someone in your company who handles claims, works with your carrier, or manages your loss exposure, plan to bring them along. They will come away with practical tools and a clearer understanding of the market they are negotiating in. It is the track most likely to change how you protect your business when you get home.

TTA is known for bringing the industry together, and our Welcome Reception is always a Mobilize highlight! Join us at NOVA Kitchen & Bar in Anaheim on October 26 for an evening of great food, drinks, music, and the chance to reconnect with friends and colleagues from across the industry.

Beginning the following morning, the rest of the program is organized into tracks so your team can go deep where it matters most to your operation. The strongest content at Mobilize always comes from members who do this work every day, and this year's sessions were built by our Operations, AV/AI, Government Relations and Safety & Loss Committees.

As I've said in past newsletters, if you're not involved in TTA's committees, you're missing one of the association's greatest benefits. Mobilize is the perfect place to see that value firsthand.

We have also added a regulator track that takes on four questions shaping the next decade: fair regulation and competition with the TNCs, the affordability crisis and the case for insurance and tort reform, whether autonomous vehicles will help or hurt our industry, and what regulators in Canada, Australia and beyond are doing. Regulators from some of the country's largest transportation agencies will be with us as speakers, a rare chance to hear how they are approaching these issues.

Our NEMT track runs three sessions that move from opportunity to execution to risk. The first covers future-proofing against autonomous vehicles and ride-share by competing on service level, high-acuity patients, and pricing above commodity rates. The second makes the case for training as an investment rather than a compliance minimum, from de-escalation to behavioral health. The third takes on fraud, waste, and abuse, including the unintentional kind, and Medicaid audit timelines now reaching back into 2024 and 2025.

The tradeshow puts the latest technology in one room with the people who built it, from dispatch systems and payment tools to fleet solutions and insurance programs. It is also where you can meet directly with procurement officials, regulatory agencies, and solution providers who can help improve your operation.

And you will spend three days with operators from across the country who understand your business and your day-to-day challenges. Those conversations lead to new partnerships, stronger affiliate relationships, and ideas you did not expect walking in. Mobilize is also a chance to step away from daily demands, look at your company from a broader perspective, and return home with renewed focus.

In a rapidly changing environment, there is real value in being in the room, building relationships face-to-face, and staying close to the conversations shaping the future of mobility. I hope you will join us in Anaheim, and I hope you will bring your team.
